We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we handle data we receive from Google APIs, and your rights.

Information We Collect

We may collect business contact information (such as name, email, and phone number), service details, and operational preferences to facilitate provider registration and communication. When you choose to connect a Google account, we also receive the Google user data described in the “Google User Data” section below.

How We Use Information

We use your information only to provide and maintain the features you ask us to deliver: creating and managing your provider profile, delivering booking and communication services, and operating the specific integrations you connect. We do not use the personal information you provide for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Google User Data

PLMBR offers optional integrations that let you connect your Google account. We request the minimum Google scopes needed for each feature, and we only access this data after you grant consent. We use each scope solely to provide the corresponding user-facing feature:

• Sign-in (openid, email, profile): to authenticate you and create or sign you into your PLMBR account.
• Gmail — send (gmail.send): to send the proposal and follow-up emails you request to your customers from your connected Gmail account.
• Gmail — read (gmail.readonly): to attach the email threads with your customers to the relevant deal or job record so your correspondence stays in one place.
• Google Calendar (calendar.events, calendar.readonly): to read your availability and create or update booking events for jobs you schedule through PLMBR.
• Google Forms (forms.body.readonly, forms.responses.readonly): to read the structure and responses of the intake forms you connect so we can turn submissions into leads and deals for you.

We do not use Google user data to train generalized or foundation artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than providing the user-facing features described above. We do not allow humans to read your Google user data except: (a) where you give us explicit consent to read specific messages; (b) where it is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; (c) where we are required to do so to comply with applicable law; or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized and is used only for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. You can disconnect any Google integration at any time and revoke our access from your Google Account permissions page.

Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

PLMBR’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No Sharing Clause

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your Google user data with third parties. We only disclose information when necessary to provide a feature you request (for example, sending communications you ask us to send), to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent. This is our “no sharing” commitment.

Mobile Information & SMS Communications

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to text messages, we send transactional and informational texts about your job requests and account, such as status updates and scheduling coordination. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help; for full details, see our SMS Terms.

Data Retention

We retain Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the connected feature. When you disconnect a Google integration or delete your account, we delete the associated Google user data, except where we are required to retain it to comply with applicable law.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted, and access is restricted to the systems that operate the feature you connected.
