These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Plmbr, Inc. (“PLMBR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from PLMBR, you agree to these terms.

PLMBR SMS Program

PLMBR sends transactional and informational text messages. These include updates about your job requests, coordination messages from your PLMBR agent (for example, scheduling windows), and job notifications to service providers who have a PLMBR account. We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent

You opt in to the PLMBR SMS program by checking the SMS consent checkbox at signup or in your account settings and providing your mobile phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can use PLMBR without opting in to text messages.

Message Frequency & Fees

Message frequency varies based on your activity on PLMBR. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from PLMBR. Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT will end your enrollment. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further text messages unless you opt back in.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of the PLMBR SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
