She builds estimates with takeoffs, drafts proposals and invoices from the firm's own cost codes and pricing, and keeps clients updated. She also tracks budgets and live margin on every open job. For plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and other home-service companies, PLMBR is a field-service system and a CRM. Its agents answer and make calls, texts and emails, fully autonomously. They book jobs and dispatch techs, and they bring a person in on urgent calls. Crews and techs text Felicity photos and updates from the field, with no app to use. She logs into the company's own supplier accounts, prices materials while she builds the estimate, and orders them on her own, or waits for one-button owner approval if the owner turns that on. Owners approve every proposal and invoice before it goes out. PLMBR handles QuickBooks bookkeeping and connects to Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, iMessage and Jobber.
