Keep your books, your email and your phone. Drop the rest.
PLMBR connects to the tools your business genuinely runs on — QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jobber and the channels your customers message you on. It does not connect to a construction app, a field service app or a CRM, because it is all three. And you operate the whole thing by text.
And you run all of it by texting it. Ask for something in plain language and the agent does it — no logging in, no screens to keep current. That is the part traditional software cannot do.
What PLMBR talks to

How it worksWhat connects and what does not
Does PLMBR integrate with Buildertrend or Houzz Pro?
No. PLMBR replaces them — it covers construction management and the CRM in one system, so running both would mean maintaining the same job twice.
Do I need a separate CRM, or a separate field service or construction app?
No. The CRM is part of PLMBR, and so is construction management on the contractor side and field service management on the provider side. Gmail and Outlook threads become deals on their own, so there is no Pipedrive or HubSpot subscription to keep alongside it.
Can PLMBR run on top of the field service software I already use?
Yes. PLMBR integrates with Jobber so you can keep the FSM your crews know and run the AI front office in front of it. On the provider side it can also replace it.
We use both Google and Microsoft. Is that a problem?
No. Plenty of firms run Gmail for mail and Outlook for calendars, or the reverse. Both connections are supported at the same time.
What about accounting software other than QuickBooks?
QuickBooks is the one accounting layer PLMBR keeps, and the reconciliation is built around it. If you run something else, raise it on the demo call rather than assuming either way.
