It works the threads relevant to jobs and clients in order to build the pipeline. Scope is set at connection time and you can see exactly what was granted.

Yes — from the firm mailbox, so replies come back to you and clients see your address rather than a tool.
What if we use both Google and Microsoft?
Both are supported. Plenty of firms run Gmail for mail and Outlook calendars, or the reverse, and that is fine.
